Dunns Pro Photo uses the latest dual upload technology, Internet Explorer uses it uses Microsofts activex control and for Apple and Firefox on a PC it uses Suns java technology.

The system automatically senses which browser you are using when you load the upload page and reacts accordingly loading either of the two technologies.

Having problems with upload?
ActiveX - Internet Explorer
Please ensure your activeX settings are set to on.
These can be found in the Tools -> Internet Options -> Custom Settings in your browser main tool bar.

Apple or Firefox
If you are experiencing issues with loading the upload page on a Apple or using Firefox on a PC. Please ensure your browser is Java enabled you can find this setting under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.

If you are still having problems with loading the upload page on a Apple or Firefox then it is possible that you need the latest version of Java, click Java logo to download and install the latest Java engine.
